First of all, there are a few things to take into consideration, take into account your fashion and lifestyle needs - do you wear a suit to work? Do you wear a uniform? We can wear our bras anywhere between 8 to 18 hours per day - that's a lot of strain on the elastic within our bras! You should give your bras a day or two between wears, to allow the elastic to relax back into its natural state. We think that 3 everyday bras is the minimum amount so you can rotate between them, allowing them to rest in between wears. Find which everyday style works for you, whether that be a moulded t-shirt bra or non-padded bras.

Evening Bras
Evening bras can be sheer, lacy, strappy - whetaver you fancy - and this is really determined by your lifestyle. We think that everyone should own at least one sexy lingerie set that makes them feel amazing. However if you're a bit of a social butterfly then you may need a few more evening bras to tie into your way of life!
