Pre-lockdown, our morning routines were rushed and chaotic with breakfast being a quick slice of buttered toast or a bowl of cereal – if we even managed to eat before leaving home! One of the upsides to isolation is that we’re getting a little extra time in our days where we don’t have to commute to the office, so we can take the time to make a delicious, nutritious breakfast in the mornings and start our days off the right way. Here are just some of our fave healthy breakfast ideas:

A luxurious breakfast that takes a bit of effort to make but is SO delicious. Poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, a slice of Parma ham and a fresh toasted muffin. Feeling extra fancy? Turn it into Eggs Royale with smoked salmon instead of ham. Veggie? Swap the meat for avocado.
