Hey its Lauren Dungey here! I'm a mother, blogger and undies lover, and I’m here to tell you what you probably already know! It’s Brastop’s 15th birthday this week - Happy Birthday Brastop! And what a gorgeous week it’s been for it here in the UK.
I first discovered Brastop through my love of Curvy Kate underwear. It was about two years ago, I was searching for a certain style online and up popped this site - a site that did D-K cup bras, bikinis, sports bras and a sale section a girl could only dream of!

This was it, there was no going back. Brastop became my one stop shop. The first item I ever bought off Brastop was a Scantilly piece, I’ll never forget it, all wrapped up in the cutest Brastop tissue paper and the perfect fit. A lot has changed since then in my life but one thing that hasn’t? My love for big cup bras and my love for one of my favourite shops - Brastop of course!
15 years though, it’s a pretty big deal! In a previous Brastop blog it shows just how much the company has changed and developed and it’s great to see how far it’s come. It’s been 8 years since I was 15, and a lot with me has developed and changed. At 15 I had no self-confidence, no self-belief. I was going through a really difficult time in my life. If I could tell 15 year old me one thing, it would be to never doubt her self-worth. That everything would get better. That the number on those scales? It doesn’t matter! The world needed more of her.

For anyone that feels like this now, the world needs more of you. In the past two years my body confidence has come so far. Why? Because I’ve put my happiness first. And I’d be lying if my love of lingerie hadn’t helped a little along the way. It’s not going to fix everything, but when I put on a beautiful set of underwear I feel invincible. I am ready to take on the day! And that’s what everyone should feel in their life, to be able to wake up and feel incredible. Like, girl you got this! Thank you, Brastop, for helping me along my journey to body confidence. I’ve come a long way since I was 15. I mean, I’ve come a long way since I was 21!
