We're a small team but we're all passionate about the brand and we love what we do, and we've all got our own roles in making Brastop the amazing website it is today. Come and say hello!
Evie
Lovely Evie is one of our amazing customer service members. She works alongside her teammates Adriana and Ida to deliver you all with top notch customer service, get your returns and exchanges processed and help out with any sizing issues you might have too.
What's your role here at Brastop?
Returns and exchange processor, within the customer service team.
How long have you worked for Brastop?
2 years - I worked in the warehouse team for 1 year, and I have been in customer service for 1 year also.
What do you enjoy about working here?
Everyday is different and a challenge, it's exciting! No two days are the same. Everyone in the company is lovely to work with, we've got some awesome, talented, funny and dedicated staff members. They also let you grow within the company and reach your full potential!

When I was 15 years old I was a big fan of the Spice Girls. I cried at the TV when I saw them on it!
Lucy-Jayne (me, hello!)
I work in the marketing team covering our social media channels, as well as site content such as these lovely blogs, product information and fitting tips. I'm one of the company's go-to bra experts, I probably own more bras than I do actual clothes!

How long have you worked for Brastop?
2 years - in fact I recently celebrated my 2nd anniversary! I started off in the customer service team before moving across to marketing about a year in.
What do you enjoy about working here?
I love working here because Brastop is all about empowering women and making them feel great about their curves. I’m a firm believer in lingerie making you feel amazing, so to be able to translate this across our social media and getting to know our fabulous customers and bloggers is great! Plus everyone who works here is lovely and there’s always cake which is a winner to me!

I have a 3 inch metal plate in my wrist from a moped accident (that wasn't my fault!)
Jorge
The backbone of Brastop.com and our go-to techie, Jorge is a true superhero to us! Tirelessly working to keep everything running smoothly, here's what he has to say.
What is your role here at Brastop?
I'm the Web Development & Design Manager here at Brastop!
I look after all the new, shiny bits of tech we weave into the website, plus pen ideas on how we can create a bra shopping experience that feels great! Whether it's trying to resist a gorgeous new Bikini whilst pondering that summer getaway, or sneaking a quick look at our irresistible weekly deals at work, our goal is to make it easy to find the perfect fitting set! I love making ideas from our customers & team a reality!
How long have you worked for Brastop?
I first became immersed in the world of lingerie & swimwear in 2009 as a junior graphic designer, amusingly after being too shy to walk into the Brastop physical shop several years before.
What do you enjoy about working here?
I love working for a company that embraces the very important notion of self-love/care, so much so that these positivity vibes are intertwined into everything we do. I feel that Brastop goes beyond a regular online lingerie retailer; there's a big push for ensuring that customers come away with a smile and we get the fit absolutely spot on. Perfect fitting lingerie and swimwear can do absolute wonders for both body and mind – I’m grateful to be part of that push.

Am currently (slowly) penning a little jazzy/rock album with a big, slightly random pot of ramblings on love, self-care, ditching age-old stereotypes and craving hamburgers. Mmm. Hamburgers.
Diana
Lovely Diana is a newbie to the Brastop team, but she's an important member!
What is your role here at Brastop?
Graphic Designer - designing mailshots, homepage banners, as well as working on images for the website.
How long have you worked for Brastop?
6 months
What do you enjoy about working here?
The passion that all of us have when working in every single project as a team… and of course Cake!

I love Volkswagen Beetles and camper vans from the 60’s & 70’s
Brenda
Lovely Brendy! She's like a mother figure to us here at Brastop, barking mad but an absolute diamond who works harder than anyone I've ever known to make sure your orders get out on time. She can pick orders at the speed of light, and dispatches them even quicker!

What do you enjoy about working here?
There's a different mix of people, we're all unique. There's always something to keep us busy and on our feet!

I once went to a fancy dress party as the White Rabbit from Alice In Wonderland, and got stuck in it for 24 hours because the zip broke!
Gurbaksh
Gurbaksh is another newcomer to the Brastop family but again, without him we'd have a much tougher job on our hands. He's a key member of the marketing team and helps keep things ticking!

Digital Marketing Executive – Working on campaigns across E-mail, PPC, SEO/Organic and Affiliate channels

I get to work across multiple different channels, it's a really varied role.

I once ate a yard of Jaffa Cakes in one sitting
Becky
Becky works in production, making sure our beautiful Flirtelle range is made to our high standards and arrives with us ready in time for you lovely lot to snap up!
What is your role here at Brastop?
In the production team we work with the factories, starting from the initial ordering of the garments once design have signed these off. We normally order the styles about 5 months in advance of them being available on Brastop for sale.
Throughout the manufacturing process we keep in close contact with the factory to make sure that they hit all of their deadlines and any issues along the way are dealt with quickly so that garments can leave on time for delivery.
Once the orders have been completed, we approve shipments, track the vessels until they arrive and book them into the Brastop Warehouse ready for sale.

What do you enjoy about working here?
All the cake! We love celebrating birthdays and make an effort for every team member, so we end up with a lot of cake floating around the building! Plus we have a few master bakers on the team, so we never really have a week without something delicious on our desks.

After the birth of my son, I spent 3 years volunteering in the community with Health Visitors supporting new mums with Breastfeeding at my local Children’s Centre. I left this to join the Brastop team! From Boobs to more Boobs!
